  • Your reservation number
  • A valid driver's license

Step 1: Start Your Key Pickup

To begin the process:

  1. Tap "Pick up key" on the kiosk home screen
  2. Enter your reservation number when prompted
  3. Follow the on-screen instructions to continue.Where Can I Find My Reservation Number?

Your reservation number can be found in your booking confirmation email or rental voucher.

Common reservation number formats include:

  • RES-XXXXXX (e.g., RES followed by 6 letters or numbers)
  • LXXXXXXXXXX (e.g., L followed by a series of numbers)

If you cannot locate your reservation number, please contact support for assistance.

Step 2: Confirm Your Personal Information

Review and confirm your personal details, including:

  • First name and last name
  • Contact information
  • Residential address

Please ensure all information is accurate before proceeding.

Step 3: Driver's License Verification

The kiosk will ask you to scan or upload your driver's license and take a quick photo for identity verification.

In most cases, verification is completed automatically within a few moments.

Manual Verification Support

In some situations, a quick manual review by a support agent may be required before the keys can be released. This is a standard security measure and may occur if:

  • You have a paper-based driver's license.
  • Your driver's license is in a non-standard format.
  • The system cannot automatically read or verify your document.
  • You hold a driver's license from certain regions that require additional review (for example, some Icelandic licenses).

If manual verification is required:

  1. Upload clear images of your driver's license.
  2. Follow any additional instructions displayed on the kiosk.
  3. Wait while a support agent reviews your documents.

Our support team will verify your information and approve your pickup as quickly as possible.

Tips for Successful Verification

To avoid delays:

  • Ensure all text on the license is clearly visible.
  • Avoid blurry, dark or cropped images.
  • Upload all requested sides of the document.
  • Make sure your photo matches the identification provided.

Step 4: Identity Check

If requested, take a photo using the kiosk camera.

This photo is used solely to verify that the person collecting the vehicle matches the identification and driver's license provided.

Step 5: Review Your Rental Information

Before completing the process, review the following:

  • Vehicle details
  • Pickup and return information
  • Rental dates
  • Terms and conditions

Confirm that all information is correct before proceeding.

Step 6: Collect Your Keys

Once all verification checks have been successfully completed, the kiosk will display a confirmation message and release your vehicle keys.

You are now ready to begin your rental.
