However, to ensure a smooth transition—whether you plan to return the vehicle, extend the current agreement or swap it for a brand-new model—we highly recommend starting the conversation early.

What we recommend:
Contact us 2 to 3 months early: If you already know your plans (for example, you want to order a specific new car model which might take some time to deliver), we recommend reaching out to your consultant at least 2 to 3 months before the contract end date.
Review your current contract: It is always a good idea to check the General Section of your agreement to stay aware of your specific notice deadlines.
